Adam recently helped me sell my family home and purchase a smaller place. Adam understood my wish for a quick sale and everything happened fast and efficiently. An offer was received within 6 weeks with an early closing and the day after the sale was binding Adam showed me the perfect duplex and my offer was accepted. Adam was always available to show me places and offer advice, and was very pleasant to deal with. I am grateful to Adam for helping me move to a new home.

Adam was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He was informative and proactive at every step of journey. He was always steps ahead of us and keeping us on the right track. From the initial online search, sending us all relevant files and info, personalized videos from properties when we were unable to view in person. He was thoughtful in his choices of properties to send us as he knew our style. We never felt pressured or like we were in a "sales" situation. He truly worked for us, always went above and beyond, and made sure we were happy, confident and supported in every step. We have bought and sold 3 times now and he is hands down the best experience we've had with a realtor.

Adam understood my need to sell quickly, as I had put an offer on another house. The house I sold went smoothly, as Adam suggested a couple of things for me to do. There were challenges in buying the new house that was in need of full renovation. Adam negotiated the purchase to a fair market value, in my opinion. Would use Adam in the future!
