I've had an extremely pleasant experience working with Simone in finding a rental. I tried doing it myself for a week, and I couldn't get a viewing approved anywhere. After working with Simone, we toured a bunch of different units, and found an amazing place at an amazing price in 2 weeks. She took a lot of the stress out of this entire process and I'm glad I trusted her with this. She put a lot of care into the process which made the whole process much more enjoyable. She also protected us from predatory requests from realtors and helped us find similar units with better landlords that weren't predatory with their requests. In the end, we found a beautiful unit, at a great price and with a very reasonable landlord. I'll definitely work with her again next time I need a realtor. Trust that you will not be disappointed to work with Simone and her team. She'll take good care of you.
