Best team I ever had the pleasure of dealing with ! I would recommend them to anybody ! Very professional and always there to help with the process .

<p>My wife and I recently listed our current home with Steve Hamre as our agent. Steve sold our previous home 12 years ago and we were pleased with the service then and decided to, once again, go with Steve as our listing agent. Our current home sold within approximately two weeks. Steve was integral in representing us throughout the process and we would recommend Steve as your listing agent.</p>

<p>I have dealt with Hamre Real Estate (Steve Hamre) as both a purchaser and a seller. On both occasions I found Steve to be very aware of what was on the market in the area I was looking in, and what would be good for me and my lifestyle. When I was buying, Steve was very good about not trying to push a sale with something that would be unacceptable (just to make a sale).<br /> When I was selling, I wasn't at the home. Steve took care of keeping the property presentable, even mowing the lawn! He arranged showings around my schedule and was very professional.<br /> I would have no hesitation recommending Steve as an agent. He is definitely a great example of Remax quality.</p>

<p>Steve was really enjoyable to work with. I felt he actively sought out properties that were of interest to me, and was very helpful arranging times to view them. He was professional and helpful through out the process, and made sure all of the appropriate documents were handled in a timely manner. He was able to coordinate between myself, the seller, the mortgaging bank, and the law firm, making the purchases process much less stressful.</p>

<p>Steve was very knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for very quickly. Found my dream house after 24 hours of knowing him because he listened and knew what was on the market and available.</p> <p>Steve followed up every day (and still do) to know if he can help out in any way with my move.
