Murtaza Called out of the blue when I was trying to sell my house myself. He took the time to meet with me and then gave me tips on what to do to sell it. All this without having me sign anything. He is more than a five star in my books. I’d give him a 10 for sure. This is probably the best experience dealing with an agent in my life.

He worked very hard and went the extra mile to organizing some repairs and updates to help the house maximize its selling value. What a fantastic experience. Murtaza and Issac did a great job and exceeded my expectations. I originally tried to sell my home on my own. Murtaza called to see how it was going, I still had not made the decision to use an agent, so we just had a quick chat and he asked if he could follow up with me again the following week, I'm very impressed that he asked. I agreed and he followed up as he said he would, I wasn't ready for about 2 weeks and he just politely followed up. When I made the decision to use an agent, he called as promised and I signed with them that day. I figured if they worked that hard to get my business, they would work even harder to sell my house. Its was a great decision, they had over 30 buyers come through in 6 days and my home was happily sold to a new lovely couple. Its was a great experience, highly recommend.
