What a pleasure it was for me to find Alex and have him assist me with my new home purchase in Carleton Place. He was very helpful and always willing to do the extra to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. I have dealt with many Realestate agents in the past and he was by far the best. Buying or selling, this process is chalk full of emotion and anxiousness. Alex is a people person with emotional intelligence and is able to read his client with an aim to let them know he understands and is on this ride with them. He has great enthusiam, is calm during negotiations, doesn't tolerate any inaccuracies, ensures he has answered all your questions and provided information you hadn't considered. He is very well presented, dresses impeccably and next level in his videos in comparison to any others I have seen. I believe he can adjust to any type of client. For me attitude is a gift. He has a great attitude and really made me confident in my decisions. He's available at all times with immediate responses and must have very understanding and supportive friends and family to do what he does. Alex was fantastic! He helped us find a home virtually and coordinated with my family in the area. He was flexible and showed us many homes in different parts of Ottawa in a short period. He helped us by researching about tenants and helped us pick a great home for us.

Alex was recommended to us by a friend and did not disappoint. We had to buy virtually due to covid/work restrictions and Alex made every effort to accommodate our unique situation. He either live streamed showings to us or made his own video walkthroughs of over a dozen potential homes we had selected. He was patient and helpful throughout the process even as we put in offers on multiple homes and lost to significantly higher bids outside of our budget. In the end, when we finally secured a home through a pre-emptive offer, Alex's strategy and advice saved us tens of thousands of dollars. We highly recommend Alex and will definitely use him again.
