Alex was very patient and helpful throughout the buying process. Not having purchased in such a tight seller's market, we were very appreciative of his insight into the process and assistance in making the right decisions. When it came time to put in an offer, Alex went extra steps to fully understand what the sellers were actually looking for in an offer. We feel that this was key to our success in purchasing our dream property. Alex has also been very assistive in providing references for supporting entities. His introductions to real estate agents in other areas, legal professionals and contractors have all been top notch. We appreciate the efforts Alex has put forth in helping us purchase a home, and feel that our initial decision to go with him was the right one.

Alex was a very professional agent. He was there every step of the way through a long and hard process in today’s market. His information and knowledge of the market were key factors in securing the house that we really wanted. He went above and beyond with his service. His knowledge of the market value for neighbouring houses and what would be best to offer is exactly what is needed to compete. No matter how many houses it took or when it was he was always available to look. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone. If it ever comes time to buy or sell he will be the first and only person I will use. All around a great experience and made things so much easier to keep on going.

What an experience working with Alex for the sale of our home! Considering we were selling our first family home, Alex made the whole process easy and comfortable.
