And Alex was there with us every step of the way. He was so quick to answer our phone calls and messages with any questions we had. He is so supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was so much about the home-buying process that we didn't know, which Alex took the time to help us understand. He helped us to feel confident with our choices and with the whole process. Not to mention his warm and welcoming personality made us immediately feel so comfortable despite our nervousness about buying our first home.
