Teri helped us purchase our first house. She was kind, personable and extremely time efficient on replying to questions we had and setting up house viewings. Many times Teri was able to fit us in to view a house within hours. She is a rockstar, extremely genuine and such a pleasure to work with. Teri made buying our first home an enjoyable experience and we would recommend her highly!

Whenever something would come up that needed to be done or appointments made or arrangements that had to be organized she took it upon herself to step up and do it herself which was so helpful and appreciated. Her knowledge of the market was so appreciated at the time of plummeting prices and increasing interest rates. I was always able to have intelligent, frank conversations with her about upcoming plans, strategies and trends and to be able to formulate accurate, decisive plans throughout the buying and selling process. Teri is the best realtor I could possible have wanted to sell my house and purchase another and I am so grateful for her outstanding service and would recommend her to any prospective buyer or seller.

We connected with Terri in February of 2022. The most chaotic time to be shopping for a new home. We were also a long distance client, poor Terri. She took it on and managed to have four homes for us to view. She was exceptional in her communication with us, at times asking questions for us since we were out of town. We highly recommend Terri.
