It was such a pleasure having Mark as our realtor. Mark helped us purchase a house and sell ours. He has excellent knowledge of the housing market and gives great advice. He always responds in a timely manner . He’s not a pushy agent and he was truly committed to us finding the right place and was super efficient in getting ours sold. He was very realistic with pricing our place so that it got sold very quickly. Our place was sold within 2 weeks of going onto the market. Mark went beyond expectations to give us peace of mind throughout the entire process. If Mark is your realtor, the battle is already won. We liked seeing & reading all the positive comments from Mark’s previous customer’s and decided to contact him. We were not disappointed. He helped us navigate through a very emotional time, with selling our childhood home – offering encouragement & advice along the way. Mark Garrett is honestly a fantastic realtor. Don’t know how he does it. He always responds quickly, will go out of his way to accommodate you, has great suggestions and quickly gets a feel for what you’re looking for. He is a no pressure realtor and listens to what you need. He’s patient and efficient. He went beyond our expectations. I joke around that he is realtor ++++ because he goes over and above.
