We had a great experience working with Darryl when selling our house. He gave us valuable advice so that we priced and negotiated effectively. He listened to what we wanted. He was very prompt in replying to texts and emails and was always available to us no matter what time of day or what day of the week. We felt like he was working for us 24/7! I felt that Darryl went out of his way to accommodate me and I truly appreciate all the time he gave me. In hindsight I think he knew which property would be great for me. Even though I liked it the first time I saw it I wasn’t ready to commit. Darryl was very patient and continued to show me properties I was interested in.
