As a first time home buyer I was searching for a realtor who I can really trust. I had numerous questions and requests that Chad and his team promptly provided answer to. When we found our new home Chad jumped on it right away and ensured that the house could be ours. Chad helped me to find my new home and I can confidently say that Chad is an absolute gem in his line of work. Chad is kind, funny, helpful , proactive, personable and comes with wealth of knowledge. It has been a delight to work with Chad and I highly recommend Chad and his team!!!

My wife and I had been looking for a place in St Andrews by the Lake for a few years, We’d usually want to see a place during our vacation there and Chad would gladly come out and ensure we got a tour and all the info. Chad helped my husband and I sell our home and he did so in short order and for an exceptional price. He was so easy to deal with, always communicated with us and gave much more of himself than was ever expected. Sadly, I lost my husband during the process and Chad made every effort to make my life as easy as possible and even stopped by my new home to check on me and drop off flowers. Chad went above and beyond to help me with the sale of my home here in Summerland. Not only did he do a great job marketing, facilitating the offer and getting it all across the finish line he even assisted with cleaning up the home, helping me downsize and arranging a bunch of smaller details that completely overwhelmed me. Right at the very end I realized I had not returned my Telus equipment and Chad immediately stepped in and did it for me. Honestly, I could not have done this without Chad. His skills and empathy were like nothing I have ever experienced. I’m safe and sound now in a much smaller and more manageable home all thanks to the efforts of this amazing agent.
