I'm a second time buyer with lots of tumultuousness during the sale/purchase process because of covid and its associated uncertainty. I thought I'd never be able to get into another house but Layne and Trevor stuck it out with me during the whole process. In the end, everything worked out and i now have a little place to call my own. They'll make it happen !

I wasn’t even thinking of selling right away. However, we had just used Trevor to purchase an apartment in Victoria so I asked him about selling my mobile home. Right away, he indicated it would be easy to sell. He was right. He had a multi stage plan which he laid out clearly for me. We got along really well with the prior purchase transaction so I felt really comfortable with him for the sales transaction. Trevor and Layne came out to the property to do an assessment. They had some good suggestions on what to do and what wasn’t needed to do to prepare for viewings. In short order, they came up with a price they felt was fair. It was agreeable to me so I decided to proceed. His plan wasn’t required. We sold it before it was scheduled to be listed. It took a couple of try’s, but throughout the process, Trevor was responsive, confident and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending him as either a buying or selling agent.

Trevor was always there for us as we had some challenging obstacles coming over from the mainland to view. He always accommodated to ensure we got a chance to see the properties that were on sale. Well done. Thanks Trevor.

Flawless sale thanks to Trevor’s awesome help. Learnt about Trevor’s fun, witty personality while spending time viewing potential places for sale. We also learnt that Trevor has very strong ethics which is impressive in an intense sales market. Trevor was VERY responsive and made us feel important even though we weren’t buying a million dollar home. Trevor deserves full credit for establishing communication with listing agents and having a never give up attitude. I believe, if we’d had any other realtor, we wouldn’t have gotten the place we ended up purchasing.
