Erin helped us sell our townhouse and found us our dream home. She came prepared with comparables to our townhouse and sold our townhouse in two days. She mentored us on how to negotiate final price. On the buying end she took us to numerous homes and was very patient with us while looking. She was always available to us and got us into houses ASAP. She responded to our texts right away. We would recommend Erin to our friends and family! She found us our dream house before it was listed and knew exactly what we were looking for. She is very passionate about her job and also gave us tips on renovations! We’d definitely use her again!
