Our family recently made a property purchase in Edmonton. Don helped us through every step of the way, and we could not be happier. His work was professional, on time, and very satisfactory. If you are looking for an agent, you don't need to go any further. He communicates well and knows the profession thoroughly.

From the moment I signed up with him, I knew I was in good hands with Don. He knows the local market very well and seems to know absolutely everyone in the industry. He did his homework and knew exactly where my place stood with respect to other offerings in a very tight market. He knew how to keep my place fresh in the market through a combination of open-house timing, showcasing it in the local paper, making pricing adjustments, etc. He gave lots of suggestions that helped the place show well, and he recommended several key things (e.g. getting a home inspection done in advance for prospective buyers to review) that made a big difference in the final selling price and the time it took me to sell. One of the best things about him is that Don is a very effective and direct communicator--I always knew where we were at and what was happening with the place. He was also in constant communication with other agents and prospective buyers to gauge their interest, update them on new information, etc. Selling a vacant fixer-upper in a tough provincial economy during a global pandemic wasn't too much for Don to handle. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and helpful advice that got my place sold in a timely fashion and for a decent price during these uncertain times.

Don was professional, well informed, eager to help any way he could. Don went and got keys cut and helped me when I was locked out. Don was helpful in recommending getting the RPR report. Don also advised us on correcting deficiencies before listing the property. ie railing front deck. Very upbeat and positive. Don always got feed back on showings, he also gave good advice.

I would like to share with you my experience with the Realtor, Don Cholak. Don is a real estate agent who takes his job very seriously. Since we knew Don, 8 years ago, he has become a friend of our family. He’s fast at responding to questions and very friendly to approach. He goes out of his way to help us.
