We were recommended by a friend to enlist Fraser's skills and knowledge as we were buying a house in Alberta while still residing in British Columbia. Fraser was easy to contact, willing to go the extra mile and recommended services we needed in Alberta to complete the house deal. He was very generous in providing basic kitchen equipment for us as we expected the house to be equipped and when this was not the case, Fraser came through as our belongings were not arriving for another week. Fraser was a good guy to work with and we would highly recommend him to assist others in their house buying experiences.

Fraser was great to work with. As a first time homebuyer he really helped us find us the house we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted. It was a challenge in the seller's market that it was when we were buying. You had to be fast to get a viewing and make offers. Promptly got us viewings on properties, identified issues with homes that our inexperienced eyes may have missed and helped us negotiate around those. Every step of the way he helped us navigate and give recommendations. He was quick to communicate, friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend him.

I was lucky enough to be paired with Fraser while I was searching for a property out of province. I am so thankful that our paths crossed as he made the process of relocating between BC and Alberta significantly easier. Not only did he communicate quickly over text but he answered questions and anticipated other questions I wasn’t thinking about. Since I was out of province he was also able to attend our home inspection on our behalf, meet us at our rural property for the possession date and also referred us to other professionals like lawyers in the area. This process would’ve been a lot more challenging if it hadn’t been for Fraser. I would highly recommend him if you are searching for a house or selling yours.
