Deb was very knowledgeable and helped us with every step of purchasing our property. She also went above the required support, was available at a minute's notice, contacted lawyers, dealt with other realtor and the rental management company for us. She also reached out after the transfer of the property to make sure nothing was outstanding and chimed in with help when the rental management company was dragging their feet (beyond her control or responsibility but she still helped). It was very easy to work with Deb and buying our property was a breeze with her. I will use Deb Trand services again and will refer to my friends!
