Realtor agent is one of the main person who can help you. On our experienced with our agent, he was a very professional and awesome person. He helped us to purchased our very first ever house here in Canada. He did a terrific job to deal with the seller in a reasonable price. I totally do recommend him to all my friends who are planning to purchase a house. We're so glad that Dave Ryan is our agent.

Dave worked very patiently with us for over 2 years while we made the search of our new home. We changed several things we were looking for including layout/style and looking in town to an acreage. Once we found the home we wanted Dave was very helpful in assisting through all the process of writing an offer and negotiation. He also dropped off a care package for moving at my home including moving supplies and various literature on how to make the move easier, including a bunch of things I hadn't thought of. It's been awhile since I purchased a home but my prior realtor definately didn't do that! I would recommend Dave Ryan to anyone who asks!

Apart from that, his organization is outstanding and he goes so far as to provide checklists for moving, mortgage broker assistance (if required), and lawyer suggestions. My family was operating under time constraints, but Dave got the job done quickly and efficiently!
