Dave Ryan was great to work with. He kept me in the loop as to what was for sale in my budget. He was referred to me by my friends that were happy with him. He always answered all my questions and I had lots! He gave me names of lawyers to contact as I was not from the area. He was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend him to anyone I know. The lawyer Dave recommended even gave a discount because of knowing him, which I really appreciated!

Dave Ryan has been assisting with the sale of our condo years before we contacted him to actually put the condo up for sale. I had been sending him emails and questions about the market in our area for a couple years. Every time I sent an email, Dave quickly responded to my questions. Throughout the initial steps of putting to condo for sale all the way through the offer and moving towards our closing date, he was available to help with any concerns I had.
