I chose Dave as I had heard he had success selling homes in my community. I was not in a hurry as homes had been listed for 3+ months in some cases. My homes as officially listed on a Thursday and accepted offer was completed on Saturday! Then the hunt was on for a new home for me - had not even started looking. I came across a home on Realtor.ca and Dave set up a viewing - he knew all the background on the home and gave me his opinion on what I should do to purchase. He knows his stuff! I don't plan on moving again but if I do I will definitely use Dave. He is amazing at his job! Very personable and professional. Thank you Dave.

Dave was great! My husband and I just bought a lakefront property and Dave was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He always made himself available and assisted us through the entire process, and answered all of our questions and concerns. We would absolutely work with him again and will refer him to our friends and family. I also really loved the personal video updates he would send us telling us what we can expect next, and how to prepare for the next steps.
