Dave, thank you for all your hard work and dedication you have provided to us. This last sale of our home was a bittersweet one as you know. We loved our home but it was time to move on and move back to NB. You have helped us purchase our first property in AB and then listed and sold 2 properties for us since then. This last property, we were told by people and neighbours, that it was going to take over a year to sell (that is how long it took before we bought it) cause it was such a unique property. You sold it in 3 months!!! You did amazing. I am proud to say we use you as our realtor but even more proud to say that you are a friend. Dave always made himself available to show us locations we chose even when we changed our minds frequently. He was never pushy and gave us the time we needed to ponder decisions. When he was not available he sent his business partner John to help us. John was also fabulous and knowledgeable!

Buying a house during Covid was challenging- between bidding being fast and furious and asking prices a little ridiculous at some points it was a tough market to navigate. Dave was patient and helped us as first time home buyers navigate the terrain quite easily. If we had a question he always had the guidance to help us in our decision process. He helped us find the right mortgage broker, had great contacts for our home inspection and lawyer and I would use all of them again when we are ready to upgrade. He has also kept in touch post transaction which tells me we are not just another transaction but a valued client - and that speaks volumes.
