Lawrence was terrific at assisting us sell our townhouse. He gave us tips and assisted us in staging our property to get the most value we could from our house. It was a wonderful experience working with him.

Lawrence was very professional and responsive throughout the process despite being located in Mississauga while we were looking for condos and houses in downtown Toronto / North York. He drove down as often as necessary to see homes with us and was always punctual and responsive. Through his network, he recommended a number of other professionals (lawyers, home inspectors) and was able to help us buy home!

Lawrence is an amazing agent that helped me and my sister to find an amazing rental condo in downtown Toronto. He listened to our wants and needs, and guided us well. We had a long process with a lot of back and forths but he was always patient and supportive. This was my second time getting his help with housing and I am sure I will need his skills and knowledge when I am moving next time as well.
