I gave Sonia a 5star rating as we believe she deserves it. This is our 6th property we have purchased, and Sonia has proved to be the best real estate agent we've had. We had to travel from Vancouver to view properties and she was very accommodating to our schedule. We were very impressed with the speed at which she responded to our questions. She is very knowledgeable in all communications and interactions. She was with us every step of the way. I would recommend Sonia to anyone purchasing a home. Real Estate is definately her calling.

We couldn’t have managed the sale of our property without Sonia’s help. The acreage was in our family for 73 years and it was an emotional decision to sell. Sonia gave us excellent advice about current market conditions and how to stage our house to maximum advantage. She was always available to answer our questions and talk us through the negotiation and sale process. She became more than our agent, she is our friend! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sonia to anyone. She is professional, detail oriented and gets results!

Sonia has the ability to fully understand and appreciate your needs. She’s able to put herself in your shoes and even sometimes thinks about things before you tell her. This level of emotional intelligence is really helpful in her profession and as a buyer/seller, it is a huge bonus to have an agent that gets it! Even though it took us a long time to buy due to the market situation Sonia was always patient with us. Her perseverance and tenacity are admirable. Her communication skills, diamond responses, especially when going through a tight market are absolutely outstanding I definitely recommend her to someone.
