As a first time home buyer, navigating the real estate market was a worrying and daunting task. Patrick's help made it a lot easier and I probably wouldn't have gotten my apartment without him. Patrick's a professional through and through. He's endlessly patient despite my onslaught of questions and concerns (I had a lot of them). He also provides a wealth of additional info voluntarily and it definitely felt like he had my back the entire time. Never in the entire process was I left alone and questioning as he would constantly check back with me if I had any other concerns or questions. In short, Patrick felt like a friend you could trust rather than everything being just purely business. All of these traits push him above and beyond what I expected from a realtor imo.
