This was a very fast close and would have been impossible without her knowledge and real estate acumen. She is very well connected to different disciplines related to purchasing and helped to arrange pre-inspection and provided me with a lawyer to help complete the close. Laura has been invaluable in helping with by law information and helping with the pre-existing tenants. Her response time is outstanding.
