Marcel is knowledgeable of the real estate market for my area. He listen to my concerns and tried to answer all the questions regarding listing my house. He advised what I should be doing to make my house more showable and attractive for a buyer and did a great job making it look beautiful. He is a motivated person and gave great advise. He's attentive and often able to fit you in on short notice. One of the hardest working people I've met, and he appears to genuinely love what he does... consistently smiling and friendly.
