We first contacted Michelle hoping that she would help us, even though we were searching a little bit beyond home base for our vacation home. Michelle never made us feel like the drive for her and the extra commute to spend for us was an extra hardship on her. She was prompt and forceful getting us the showings we wanted, when we wanted them and we appreciated that. When it came time to negotiate she gave great advice and in the end we got what we wanted for what we wanted it for! I expected a harder process, Michelle made things seamless. She was always available within the hour over text or phone and made none of my million questions sound silly. We really enjoyed our experience with Michelle and we will use her again.
