<p>This was not my first time working with Christine and certainly will not be my last! I did not think my previous experience would be topped but then Christine introduced me to her team. Whereas last time Christine was a solo act, this time she has an awesome team to support. I had access to Christine as our selling agent, Tara as our buying agent & Rakhee from Mortgage Savvy as our broker. We felt like we had the dream team – from the communication, to the honest advice, to the over and above like giving us access to a complementary interior decorator after our purchase – the entire experience was enjoyable and as stress-free as it is going to get. In the Christine Cowern Team we felt like we got so much more than just a transaction – we got thoughtful and appropriate advise that not only got us in a place that we love, but has also set us up for future success. <p>It was such a fun, exciting and stress-free experience working with Christine and Chad! From beginning to end, they were so great as they took the time to understand our needs so they could make great recommendations since we were new to the city. Chad made sure to follow up with us every step of the way. We were also incredibly impressed with entire support team, including Lori who helped us find a storage company and even negotiated unbelievable prices. <p>As first time homebuyers, the process of purchasing a home can be quite overwhelming. Thanks to the Christine Cowern Team and their number of services, our experience was actually quite wonderful! For our homebuying, we were assigned an excellent team for a full-service experience.</p> <p>Chad was our wonderful agent. He knew the market well, was happy to answer our numerous silly questions at all sorts of hours (sometimes responding to us as early as sunrise to late into the evening), and he was always punctual despite Toronto traffic which really adds to his professionalism.</p> <p>Rakhee was our mortgage broker and her level of customer service was incredibly superb. She always kept us in the loop with updates and when there was a hiccup with our legal counsel, Rakhee took care of the situation in a snap.</p> <p>Rachael was our design guru and provided us with our new home design consultation. She was very helpful to us as new homebuyers, providing us with some great tips and advice for our home.</p> <p>Client care services was a very nice offering as well, and Lori the client care specialist whom we worked with, helped us with some of our specific research needs for our new home and we found her to be very responsive.</p> <p>All in all, we loved our experience, and if we were to do it all over again, this team would definitely be the one we would call.</p>

Her and I maintained a friendship and I was eager and excited to work with her again when I was ready to purchase another home. They all have your best interests in mind and that is so important during one of the biggest purchases or sales of your life!</p> <p>Her referral of an incredible mortgage broker led me to the best rate, one that my own bank of over 30 years could not meet or beat! Rahkee Dhingra and the Mortgage Savvy team we were so professional and a pleasure to work with. I even used their lawyer Laith Hahn and I was so happy with the convenient and outstanding service he provided, which led to me having a smooth and stress-free closing!</p> <p>My best friend is currently using the Christine Cowern team to sell her place and buy a new one because of my referral, and I have recommended her to all of my family and friends because I'm so confident in the outstanding service that they will receive that I will vouch for her to anyone and everyone.
