<p>Dave and his team were once again very professional and so great to work with. Dave knew the proper price point and before the sign was in the yard we had an offer. He hired an amazing photographer to show the house online and was always there with answers to my questions. Very happy to work with Dave and girls in the office. Highly recommend as a realtor.</p>
