Honestly from the first time I met Sam I felt safe. Safe as a woman selling her home, safe I was in good hands and safe knowing he had my best interest at heart. Selling was a big task for me but Sam let me go through my process without being in my face but always knowing he was right by my side. My house sold within the first four days and closed within the week. Sam knows this buisness and enjoys his career. Both Sam and Shayla, Sam’s assistant are kind, compassionate and incredibly skilled. Thank you both ❤️

The photographer they arranged did a great job on the photos for our listing. We were on a tight schedule and the whole process from an initial walkthrough, to pictures, to listing, and then selling, took less than 2 weeks. Sam was very effective in communicating our offers and options, and helped us to close our sale with an agreement we were happy with.
