Terrie is super experienced in the market, she provides reasonable opinions in both sides, and leave yourself for the decision. Terrie was recommended to me by a friend. I have lived in my home for 48 years and selling was a difficult decision. Terrie was very professional and, after looking through my home, she explained the whole process and how she and her office handle all transactions. Terrie made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. When any issue came up she always had solutions to suggest. She made sure I understood everything that was going happen from viewings to the final sale. She arranged for a home stager to give me some suggestions to make my home look it's best. I plan on using those ideas in my new home, I loved those ideas. Terrie made sure I was aware of all viewings, day and time, so that I could ensure my home was in order and I could make arrangements to leave. When an offer came in she notified my immediately, gave her opinion on what I should counter and took care of everything. A problem was found during the house inspection. It turned out to be a fixable issue and Terrie made sure the buyers agent was notified in a timely fashion. The result; my home is sold. Terrie sent lists to me at this point, What comes next, with many suggestions, and after all was complete she sent another list, Things to remember and complete before Closing. Thanks to Terrie and all her efforts a new person will move into my home and make it their own. I hope they will make many wonderful memories over the years, as I have.

I appreciate Terrie's knowledge and professionalism. I would give her 100 stars but 5 is all the best on this ranking. She sold my house is a very short time. The first offer fell thru but she had another offer presented to me with in hours of receiving the fall thru paper work of the first offer. She goes above and beyond such as sending a stage professional to offer advice of ways to present the home in the best way possible. The photos are done by a professional and that makes a world of difference. I would not hesitate to use Terrie's services again. I recommend Terrie to anyone looking to buy and/or sell their home.
