Terrie Dunand and her team, Terrie is Professional, honest, and has such great integrity to her clients. The electronic system in place to complete document signage is very efficient and prompt. I am also very impressed with the communication through email, advising of the advertised traffic and her assistant Lisa's immediate response to questions. Experience means everything! Terrie knows her way around Regina real estate. She is very familiar with the neighbourhoods, and types homes in our city. Terrie is never pushy or overwhelming, only providing constructive advice as needed and when requested. She immediately got a feel for our individual needs, and steered us in the right direction. As new home buyers, we felt very supported and comfortable with Terrie. She is VERY honest - a “strait shooter.” We loved Terrie’s ability to get the job done right - without all the extra fluff!

This was the most helpful realtor I have ever worked with. I was amazed by her services and she made many calls to the condo board and other businesses to help me through this process to get quotes etc. That was above and beyond. All of her referrals worked out great, and I was very happy with the prices the quoted me for work (furnace, inspector etc.)
