We live out of town and this was our first experience buying a house. Terrie was very accommodating in setting viewings when we were in Regina for other appointments. She connected us with all other necessary parties (inspectors, appraisers, lawyers) quickly and efficiently. Most communication was through email and text but when we had questions, she would call to talk. Terrie listened to what we wanted but she was upfront about her desire to protect our investment by finding us a home that would sell easily if our circumstances changed in the future.
