We had a very positive experience with Terrie on the sale of our home in February. We were concerned about selling in the winter and she provided excellent insight on the pros and cons of sales at that time of year. Her advice was spot on, as we had a conditional sale within 3 days of listing. Her supporting cast from stager, photographer and office support were professional and helped to present our home at its best! We have already recommended Terrie to potential future clients.

We just sold our Regina condo with Terrie and must say the whole experience was seamless and stress free. We were out of province sellers and therefore needed a realtor who could step up in our absence. She went the extra mile at every opportunity to ready our property for sale. Terrie exercised her wealth of knowledge and experience throughout the entire process, down to the smallest detail. Our property sold in four days at our asking price. Needless to say we would recommend Terrie to anyone looking for a realtor in the Regina area.

I have no regrets and glad i chose Terrie as our rep to search for our first time home. She is knowledgeable and honest. She will not push/pressure you and she will also be honest and tell you if a house is even worth looking at or not (maybe it has structural issues, maybe its just not worth it to look, maybe the area is bad, etc). Most other realtors just want to sell and will show you ANYTHING-even if it has issues/in a bad area. I would recommend her!

Terrie is a straight forward agent she tells you the way it is. She is very professional and knows the Real Estate situation very well in the Regina area. I would recommend Terrie to anyone buying or selling their property.
