<p>We interviewed 3 other real estate agents before we decided on signing a contract with Craig Veroni for the sale of our downtown condo; he was very personable, clearly stated the kind of services he would be providing and was very professional throughout our contact with him; the sale occurred very quickly and was over the asking price.<br /> Following the sale of our condo, we contracted with him for the purchase of another property; we saw over 30 properties in a 3 month period; he was exceedingly patient, communicating with us on an ongoing basis, accompanying us to many open houses and providing his feedback following the visits; as a result, we developed a close relationship with him; we found him to be very honest, highly ethical, and very knowledgeable. He clearly researched the properties that met our criteria and persisted until we found a condo that we liked and met our needs . We have and will continue to highly recommend him as a realtor.</p>

<p>It was our lucky day when we met Craig Veroni (our realtor to be).<br /> We were looking at an open house _ we asked a question ' is there a bus stop nearby' Craig wasn't sure_ he checked this out and rang us in the evening to say that there wasn't one.
