Working with April was a great experience. We were first-time home buyers and really had no idea what we were doing. She helped us get our first home with minimal stress and was there to support us with all of our questions along the way.

I had and have full confidence in April Spackman. She always made herself available to answer questions. My knowledge, and interest, in technology is minimal. April showed remarkable sympathy and tollerance with this. The next is a big one, my texts and phone calls always received quick attention and a swift reply. April is very patient and responsive. She provided great unbiased and professional responses to my questions. April is very diligent, notices minor details and points them out regardless of whether they may delay my purchase. Since, I was overseas before coming to Canada, she had to visit many properties and take detailed video shots for me. When the inspection turned up potential issues she helped me to assess them and negotiate a fair price for the property. I am vey satisfied with April's services and strongly recommend her.
