She was knowledgeable about the intricacies of the whole buying process; infinitely patient, competent and reassuring with me, the purchaser (in my case a single person hence on my own). She was always accessible to answer questions, returning phone calls promptly. She is very smart and personable in appearance and ambitious while being sympathetic and I repeat, patient, never patronizing or condescending . She was professional, conscientious and thorough with all the details throughout until everything was complete. I would call on her again in an instant and thoroughly recommend her to others</p>

Despite some very tight closure deadlines, she helped us buy the condo we wanted. In almost all cases, April answered our questions and got us information within an hour or so.
