We have known Rob for 4 years and recently asked him to be our realtor to assist us with the purchase of our first home. We are so glad we did! We looked at homes with Rob for about 4 months and he was responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Rob really shined when it came time to put in our first (and last) offer. Given how hot the market is, we were prepared to lose multiple house offers and pay more than we originally wanted to in order to get into the market. Thanks to Rob, we didn't experience either of these things.
