Gyanesh personally took us to show us many houses and guided very well through the process. Finally when a great house of our dreams came in the market – Gyanesh quickly made great report with the sellers and got our deal accepted on a great value before this house is gone, as it was a hot market. The search for the first home, especially in GTA 😊, is an overwhelming and daunting task. Boy o boy, this was a long process- wasn’t it?
