Initially, I was a bit nervous and crossing my fingers as the market has changed into a buyer’s market. But Pankaj & Gyanesh were very patient with me and explained everything regarding the current market situation for the sellers and set my expectations accordingly. When we came close to a deal, I got impatient and wanted to sell right away but they had a cool head and asked me to maintain my patience. And voila!
