She made us feel comfortable and secure during the entire process by ensuring we understood everything we were getting ourselves into. She was very professional in attending appointments in a timely manner each time being prepared with as much information as she could give us before and at the property. Lisa and Gord are extremely professional. They made sure that we understood the process of listing and selling our home. They took time to view our home and make pricing and staging suggestions. Glenn was incredibly helpful seeing as though we were purchasing from out of town and had to travel quite the distance to view homes. <p>Joanne was the agent assigned to us by the Salt-Fowler Team, and she did a fabulous job. She immediately went out to check out the lots, only to find out they were still listed for sale. She waited until the listings expired and then listed them for sale at a higher price than they were previously listed and sold them relatively quickly. Joanne kept me informed throughout the process and it was a pleasure today to find out that subjects had been removed on all three lots.
