Christi King did a fantastic job helping us buy a home in Coldstream. She is professional, knowledgeable about the local market and real estate in general and is extremely hard working. We always felt we could rely on her experience, which was important as we were out of province buyers. Once the sale was completed Christi again demonstrated that she was willing to go above and beyond: we wont be moving for a year or so and consequently needed to find renters as I didn't want to leave the house vacant. Christi was more than willing to show the property to prospective renters on our behalf which was a huge help. Many realtors would have walked away after the sale was completed. I would definitely recommend Christi if you are looking to buy or sell in the area.

In the end we overpaid for this property, but that had more to do with our personal circumstances than Ryan, who was helpful and professional throughout. Our only crticism is that Ryan could have known more about the local bylaws and zoning regulations for the neighbourhood, and how they relate to strata properties - e.g. are we allowed to park an RV on the driveway?
