If I could give Joanne Borowsky more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Joanne made sure that we were given a great education on the different areas Vernon had to offer. After each showing, she would always ask us what we thought about the house, and would adjust future showing accordingly. It was refreshing to have an agent who cares about you and wants to see you in a house you are happy with. During the subject removal, Joanne made sure our interests were always front and centre, especially with some unrealistic demands by the sellers. Furthermore, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were unsure whether the bank would approve financing in a timely manner. Joanne worked closely with the bank and appraiser to see the deal through to completion. Throughout the entire process, I came to trust Joanne's advice and opinions implicitly. It was always comforting to know that despite a rocky process, I could always count on Joanne to have the answers and that she would get things done.
