Alex came back with a thorough assessment of the property, including extensive past and current comparable's to guide the offer price. We listed the property and had an accepted offer within seven days that was 98.6% of our asking price. The value of the house was further supported by a third party appraisal which matched the selling price dollar-for-dollar.
