I cannot say enough about Lisa Salt and her team. Outstanding service and professionalism every step of the way. Would highly recommend this crew whether buying or selling. Made the very emotional sale of my moms house much more do-able. Darn near pain free. Everything she suggested worked. All the forms to read and sign were also hassle free. This was my first property transaction in my own right since arriving in Canada and although I knew a little bit about the Canadian process of real estate, at times it has been a bit of a jungle to work through for me. My realtor, Ryan, couldn't have been any more helpful with me, from sending me relevant listings in the first instance to helping me transact financially on the agreed deal, which proved difficult as I was out of country at the time. She made sure that I was able to move my funds in a timely manner when due to my circumstances I was already in a stressful situation. Ryan walked me through all the processes and procedures, was patient with me when I failed to understand and always had a calming word to say to me to ensure that I felt at ease. I'm almost there now, though unfortunately I may not be able to receive the keys on possession date, but it's thanks to Ryan that I'm at this stage and I would wholeheartedly recommend her and the team if you're reading this and wondering who to take on trust to help you in your property dealings. A big thanks and a shout out to all the team, but especially to Ryan, thank you so much for everything you did.

Lisa Salt was everything we could have hoped for in a realtor. She knew the market extremely well, and kept us up to date on all interest in our home. She explained the process and documents in an effective and understandable way. She set realistic expectations for price, advertised aggressively, and negotiated effectively when it looked like the buyers were going to walk away. While we didn't get the price we were hoping, we got enough. I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Vernon area.
