The one we bought, she went up to several properties and facetimed with us (to show us the view, etc., because we were away) Very much appreciated.

Bryan Leachman epitomized everything we needed in an agent in our home search this summer. As first time buyers in the Okanagan, we were a couple of babes lost in the woods, so to speak. Bryan swooped in and rescued us from both an overheated market and our own inexperience. His expertise guided us along all aspects of our journey, from neighbourhood selection, to bargaining strategies - as well as how best to avoid the pitfalls of buying a mid-80's fixer-upper. In an market filled with blind bids, over-asking sale prices and semi-shady practices, Bryan's integrity and honesty impressed us and immediately took a huge amount of worry out of the home buying process. When we were initially dazzled by a home's proximity to the beach, Bryan was the sobering voice that pointed out the structural problems, the drainage issues, the costly electrical faults that would have taken tens of thousands of dollars to fix down the road. He always let us make our own decisions - but he never shied away from giving his honest opinion on a given properties strengths and weaknesses. We couldn't be happier with the home he helped us eventually choose - and we can't recommend him enough to any potential buyers in the Interior of BC. We got the right home for us, at the right location, at the price we could afford. He went above and beyond for us and we're thrilled to be moving into our new home.
