Joanne Borowski, is an outstanding relator. I could tell after talking to her for 5 mins she was the one I wanted to list my house. Her enthusiasm for her job is something you have or you don't ,it can't be taught and that coupled with her intelligence and sense of humor made it a wonderfully experience. She was always available even on long weekends. She gave us great advice, she knew the market. I was thinking we might be priced too high, but I listened to her and she saved us over a $100,000 and that more than paid for her fee. I just wish her name was on the sign she's the one who deserves the credit. Thank you Joanne

Gord was wonderful to deal with. He really listens and more importantly cares. It is not an easy thing to do a distance deal like this and he made it very easy and was very understanding and supportive. I would highly recommend Gord and we would use him again for sure. Very professional but very human too, hard qualities to find now a days.

We we’re so impressed with our realtor Christine King right from the get go. We interviewed 3 realtors and her presentation was perfect and far outweighed the other interviews. She and her amazing team had our house sold within 2 weeks. Added touches such as a sign out front of the house the very first day stating that the house will listed for sale. Directional signs for people to locate it easily. After it sold a beautiful gift was given to us including a hard back book with all the pictures of our house in it, we lived in it for 25 years! Cheese board and cheese knives, chocolate, wine. Great personality to work with, highly recommended 🥂💕
