We were from the coast and Gord took time to drive us around through the various areas and explain them to us. He listened to us, answered all our questions in a timely manner and took the time to get to know us and to ultimately come to an understanding of what we were looking for. He has a nice way about him and went the extra mile for us.

Laura Reners has to jump in initially as a replacement to one of her colleagues, and she did a great job getting up to speed on my situation and leading me through the sale process - with positive results.

Christie King went above and beyond helping us with our purchase of our home. We bought during a hot market remotely without having seen the home except via video calls. She helped with lining up of inspectors as well as banks and lawyers who dealt with purchasing on first nations land which was a new experience and unknown territory to myself. She is very professional and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Joanne was great to have as a realtor. She had good knowledge and shared her opinions and helped me in negotiating offers and helped in working out an agreement with the seller after the house inspection. I would definitely recommend her to others, and will be contacting her when it comes time to sell.

Christie did a great job with sale of my Mothers house. She went above and beyond with getting things done for us. She used her contacts to help get things done to get the house ready for sale. My wife and myself do not live in Vernon. We would have no problem with recommending Christie King for future sales or buying.
