Ernie Sheridan has a very professional attitude. Selling and buying a home at the same time can be very exciting yet very stressful, as was the case for me. It's simply part of my nature. Ernie was a very polite and professional during the process of searching for the property I ended up purchasing. He was available to me any time I contacted him, whether it was just a question, or wanting to view one of the many properties I looked at before making my final decision. He had me set up on the realtor site that shows new listings and would let me know whenever something I might want to see was coming available. He is a very calm and patient person, which helps when process of buying a house can be a very stressful and anxious time.
