Teresa for the win! I’d tried, unsuccessfully, to sell my house…TWICE! I’d selected a local realtor from the area, and thought this would be a good fit. But no. This realtor lacked motivation and ethics. However, Teresa possesses these qualities until they overflow. From the outset, Teresa was professional, considerate and available. She knows the value of pictorial promotion advertising and is keen to promote the home in its most favourable light. Teresa applies the same dedication and thoroughness to every word in the contracts, ensuring honesty and protection for both buyer and seller. I’d never had to sell a house on my own before. Teresa supported this widow every step of the way, assuring me of her honesty, integrity and support by her demonstrated actions.. I was always in good, capable hands. So very reassuring. I recommend Teresa utterly.
