When it came to meeting with him and his team to view homes, he really listened to our needs/wants. Taylor understood the limited time we had to find a home and did his research prior to us arriving for a house hunting trip, this allowed for us to find our home with in 3 days. His negotiation skills is above anything i have ever experienced with previous realtors.<br /> Not choosing Taylor and his team for your next sale or purchase would be a mistake.
