Taylor helped my wife and I sell our condo. I feel he did a great job helping us get the price we were hoping for. His skill set really shone during the negotiations with the potential buyers. Without his advice I don't think we would be gotten the offer we received and he made things much less stressful. Also, his entire team was extremely helpful in setting up pictures, advising us on how to stage the apartment for good showings, and communicating when showings took place. I had some friends with similar properties only get a few showings over the last few months and we had over a dozen showings. I feel this was directly related to the excellent marketing and efforts made by Taylor and his team. I wouldn't recommend any other realtor.

Taylor and his staff did an amazing job. We listed twice with him, the first time we had an offer fall through due to financing and the second time we had another offer fall through before finally selling. We were so impressed with his team that we recommended them to our two sons, one sold and bought with them and one bought his first home with them. Attention to detail like going around our neighbourhood on listing day and knocking on doors to let people know we were selling in case they had family or friends interested to sending us a care package when we got two new puppies.
