Working with the Hac&co team has been seamless! I defiantly prefer working with a team vs an individual ad there are so many moving parts with the purchase process and they have made it so easy! Our realtor Anthony has gone above and beyond in each scenario and you can tell that he TRULY cares about our happiness. One night after business hours Anthony called us to say that he was looking at the crime map of the area(on a house we were seriously considering) and didn’t think it would be great for me to be home alone without Clay. How many realtors would do that?!?! That’s just one example. We are extremely happy! See you in 10-15 years guys! ;)

We had a challenging scenario where there was already a pending offer on the home we were looking to purchase. The location, neighborhood, and lot all matched our list of must-haves in a property.
