Craig was kind and knowledgeable from our first meeting when my husband and I weren’t 100% sure when we’d be ready to sell our home. When we finally called him with concrete timelines three months later, he was immediately ready to hit the ground running with us. There was never any pressure from Craig, he showed us market trends and gave his professional opinion, so we felt fully prepared to make the choices we did for both selling our current property, and when looking for our new forever home. With his interests in home inspection and his years of experience, it was nice to have his insights into certain properties right then, as we were viewing them.
